Lila had her puppies on Nov.7th. She had 10. 5 females and 5 males.

Day 1. Click on pic to see Lila's 1st lick of a puppy. They can't go to the bathroom on their own for about 2 weeks so mum has to lick and make them go and then clean it up!
D1. The boys are marked with blue and the girls with pink. The marks are on different parts and will stay there until they go home. So you can look back at the pics and find your puppy.

Lila's x-ray. It's hard to tell how many puppies!! You count the "zipper's"- back bone plus the skull at the end.They were packed so tightly it's hard to tell which skull belongs to which back bone.

My grandchildren visited today and spent a long time with the puppies. They all got tired as you can see!!!
I'm supplementing the 3 smallest as there are so many on the milk bar. The kids all helped feed them.
Having their 1st meal!!! It was mush and they were covered by the end. They really enjoyed it! I started them early as there are so many for Lila to feed and they are getting crowded at the milk bar. Click on the pic to see the video.
They have a new play area with lots of toys.
The tunnel is a cosy place to sleep!!

Puppy blessing by Zoom!. My minister loves to bless the puppies. He blesses each one individually. We had to do it by Zoom so I took pics of the zoom screen so it has funny lighting.
